Confident, efficient, trustworthy, engaging, professional, and respectful. We strongly recommend Allison when buying or selling a home. She is with you all the way to the finish line and beyond!!

This is the second home we purchase with the help of Allison and there is no other agent that we would rather have in our court. She stayed on top of everything from beginning to end and we couldn't have done it without her.

Allison Kaufman is an amazing agent, and a true professional! She is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and went above and beyond to market and sell our home in a record time. Highly recommending her to anyone needing an expert real estate agent!

I had contacted a few properties and called each agent to see. Allison was representing the seller as well. I found Allison very fair to work with and would have continued working with her if this sale had not gone through. She is very professional and was super helpful throughout the process. I would trust either the sale or purchase of my home with Allison.

Having worked with Allison Kaufman before we knew she would get the job done to our satisfaction. She did and much more. Because there was concrete restoration being done on the condo building we were a bit apprehensive that we could get buyers to be interested in our unit. Allison not only found us a good buyer but it only took one day of listing to get us a cash offer and a short closing period. This all helped make the experience trouble free and easy for us as we were not living at the condo at the time of the transaction. We cannot say enough good things about Allison. She is caring, knowledgeable, and excellent at her job. We will work with her again and will recommend her services to our friends and relatives.

I worked with Allison Kaufman on my purchase of a Pompano Beach, FL ocean-front condo. Allison demonstrated the utmost professionalism, integrity, friendliness, expertise, and timely and thorough communication. I honestly could not have asked for a better realtor (and her team at Century 21 Stein Posner) for this transaction and will absolutely recommend her to anyone that I know. Thank you.

Transitioning our townhouse from a primary residence to an income property is a daunting milestone that Allison helped us navigate with confidence. She was able to keep our expectations grounded while simultaneously making us feel positive about the process. I think I said this when we worked with Allison to buy said property one year ago, but again, she is a consummate professional. Always communicating and guiding us in the right directions to set us up for success.

Allison was phenomenal. Very wise, competent and goes above and beyond. She always tried to stay one step ahead of others selling in the same neighborhood. In fact, my unit sold when the others still sit on the market!

Allison was a pleasure to work with. We had a very good line of communication and she made everything as easy as it could be, I would highly recommend her,
