She is incredible, so easy to work with and get ahold of, available and on time.

When it was time to downsize a couple of years ago, my wife and I did not want to trust just anyone to help us with the sale of our home. We asked friends, checked on line reviews, and interviewed several realtors. Allison Kaufman became our easy choice. She handled that sale with professionalism, no small task as she was representing both us as well as the buyers. We could not have been happier. When we were faced with selling my mom's home after her sudden passing there was no doubt we were going to ask Allison to help us. She and her team at Stein-Posner Century 21 were exceptional. Allison went above and beyond. When challenges came up, she was there to help guide us every step of the way. In what was becoming a difficult market for sellers, she ensured that we got the very best price for the house and all we had to do was sign the paperwork. If professionalism, market knowledge, and efficiency are things you are looking for in a realtor, look no further. We even asked her to help us with our forever home! Allison Kaufman has become so much more than OUR realtor. She has become a trusted friend.

Moving to the area from out-of-state, we needed an agent that would be our representative to the fullest extent. Allison's knowledge of the best areas for our family as well as her insight into market trends put us in a premium position to get what will undoubtedly be the best possible outcome for us. Always accessible and definitely willing to go the extra distance. Proceed with confidence.

Allison is top of her game. She understands the market needs and expectations. She advises along the way. She stays in contact and put us at ease with everything being asked of us. She shared, advised, suggested and listened to our concerns/needs all with a friendly smile each and every time. Allison will make buying or selling your property a very positive experience.

Allison was very personable and in constant contact with us. Made us feel like we were her only client. It was an instant relationship when we first met. Would highly recommend having her your agent. Would rate 10 out of 10 stars!

Allison is an incredible real estate agent, she helped us both in the process of buying and then selling. Amazing knowledge, drive, comprehension and service to us as clients. We strongly recommend her!!

As I have spoke in previous testimonial Allison Kaufman was wonderful !!!!!!

Knowledgeable, hardworking and very active in community. Very approachable and was able to explain all details to me in a way that allowed me to feel confident in my decision making. The team Allison had behind her was great. They communicated frequently and ensured that I was on time with all my deliverables as part of process. Allison made it easy and took on much of the workload to ensure I was able to focus on my "day" job while also moving the process forward in the most efficient and timely way possible.

Allison Kaufman found a home perfect for my son and his family and sold his house in one day at a price he was happy with. She worked hard to get him the best deal on both ends. Her expertise was very impressive. From my son's experience with Allison Kaufman, I knew she was terrific, but she far surpassed all our expectations! My house was sold in one weekend! Allison Kaufman made the whole experience such a positive one. She was reassuring, focused, strong, and very professional…impeccable work ethics! Any advice she gave us turned out to have a positive outcome. She really knows the ins and outs of her business. At our Open House, she spoke to all who walked through the door, and that was a challenge since the line was down the block. That didn’t deter her. She kept plugging away. We didn’t realize all the work she had to put in to make sure the sale would be a success. She diligently made sure that all the i’s were dotted, and the t’s were crossed. The 50 good offers she received for our home, created more work since she had to put them all on a spreadsheet and help us evaluate which would be the best buyer. She's also a fabulous negotiator. She negotiated a deal so that we could stay in our home until our new house was ready which took a ton of stress off. “Amazing” mildly describes Allison Kaufman, realtor. We can’t stop singing her praises. She made our journey smooth from the time we put the house on the market to the closing. If you are selling your home or looking to buy one, we highly recommend Allison Kaufman!!! We couldn’t be happier :)
