Allison went above and beyond helping us relocate to Elkhart. We had to purchase a home as we have 3 dogs and could not rent an apartment. She understood the importance of relocating with our pets. We also needed to purchase a less expensive home as our home in Maine has not sold. We felt like a priority every time there was a question or a task that needed to be completed. I feel like she helped us purchase our ultimate dream home, not just a transitional home.

We liked Allison from the very beginning. And by the time of closing she felt like family. We were thankful Allison has a patient personality because with our schedule i am sure we were pretty difficult clients at times. There were times we felt like we were imposing on Allison's family time but she was eagerly ready to help with a smile always on her face. Allison was the best and there is no hesitation on our part to recommend her to all family and friends.

She did a great job making sure I understood every step of the process for me as a first time homebuyer. She always clarified things and gave me heads up on specific reminders as well. I appreciated everything she did during the home buying process. She's very nice and understanding!

I would give Allison 6 stars out of five. Allison met with me whenever I asked to meet with her and answered all my many questions in a clear and concise way. If she didn't have an answer to a question, she quickly found someone who did. Allison was extraordinarily easy to work with. She has an easy-going, pleasant personality. I would recommend her without hesitation.
