The first thing that I noticed about Allison is that she asked questions to find out what we were looking to buy. After we found the house we wanted she knew every step of the process to get us in that house. She was always available by phone to answer questions and more often than not answered the phone on the first attempt to reach her. That is so important to people like us who don't know the process and it helps to keep it moving along and not stalled waiting for some information. I would strongly recommend Allison Miller because she is competent, attentive, courteous, and prompt. All of which bring together the buyer, seller, sellers agent, buyers agent, loan officer, inspectors, into a participating group who get the job done with as few delays as possible! If we ever need to buy or sell a house I would definitely contact her first!
