Alamendra has treated me and my family as if we as if we were her own family. Her patience in making sure we fully understood, every step of the process is exactly why we have used her multiple times because this is how she was when we met her when we got our first home. And we will only turn to her when we have another property need. Grateful Jackson Family!

Almendra provided an excelente experience from the beginning. She was present throughout all the process and helped us in every step. I definitly recomend her!

I have known Almendra Minnaar for nearly 20 years. She is extremely professional, a very clear communicator, and it is always a pleasure to interact with her since she brings a lot of positive energy to her work. I especially appreciated the fact that she was able to explain the entire purchase process to me, negotiate skillfully on my behalf, and anticipate any issues up ahead. She maintains an excellent network of skilled and trustworthy professionals related to the real estate industry, such as lenders and vendors, so I didn’t have to worry about anything as we moved forward with the purchase. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

Almendra has many outstanding qualities as a Real Estate Agent. She gave good, practical, and reasonable advice throughout. Most importantly, she communicated promptly. Ours was a complex transaction on multiple levels. Almendra found answers to our questions quickly so things could proceed seamlessly ... and successfully throughout.

I can't say enough good things about working with Almendra. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and was always there for me. I've bought and sold a number of houses, and this purchase, because of Almendra, was the easiest and smoothest of them all. And I was in California during the process. I highly recommend Almendra to anyone needing the best Realtor in Bloomington!
