Ama Agumeh

Ama Agumeh from Barrett Sotheby’s realtor helped to make the selling of my MA home go as smooth as possible, and I am grateful. From working with the city to ensure the proper amount of bedrooms were listed, to staging the house, to advising on my seller lawyer, to providing the the right price to list the house. As a result, we only had one open house and we were able to have 40 people view my home with 7 offers. I am grateful that God allowed our paths to cross and I would highly recommend Ama. She is brilliant , professionsial, honest young lady. I want to say thank you to the entire team from her photographer, to the lawyer, to her behind the scenes team from Sotherby’s and of course Ama.

Working with Ama to purchase my condo was a delight! As a first-time homebuyer, I was anticipating a stressful process involving lots of documentation and coordination, but Ama helped made the process easy. She was responsive, available, insightful, and kind. I felt that she was looking out for me and wasn't just trying to close a deal as fast as possible - she wanted me to find the right home. I will be recommending Ama to friends and family moving forward.

Ama anticipated challenges, kept every step of the process on track, and provided the insight we needed to make informed decisions. Her professionalism and commitment made a complex relocation feel manageable, and we are grateful for her expertise in helping our family find the right home. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Massachusetts.
