It was a very sensitive time for us, because of our son's passing and Amanda was very helpful, willing to give us time and she was efficient in marketing the property; taking care of the interaction with the buyers and the attorney for probate as well as the inspectors required. She gave us suggestions in how to prepare the property for market and she made herself available for us almost at anytime. The property had one open house and that's all it took.
