Amanda crushed it! Easy to work, always on top of every task, and worked at lightning speed (as we needed).

Amanda Sammons was very professional throughout the process, including proactive communication to set proper expectations. I have been a corporate manager for 25 years, and Amanda is the example of customer service I try to instill in my team.

Working with Amanda has been a game changer. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to connect with people make her stand out. She is thorough, hard working and has our interest at heart. She consistently goes above and beyond. We would recommend Amanda to all of our friends, family and neighbors!

Amanda is the absolute best! She helped us navigate the sale of our house in record time and was always looking out for us. She goes above and beyond as she even helped connect us with another client who had boxes to pass on from their recent move.

If you are looking for an amazing realtor, Amanda is the one for you! When we chose to put our home on the market, she provided a market analysis/information to price our home competitively. She immediately came over to help stage our home and clear things out. The next day, we had an open house and it sold in 2 days! Amanda knows her stuff. Not only is she personable, hardworking and knowledgeable, but she also has excellent communication skills. She has become a wonderful friend who looks out for your best interest (holding your hand and encouraging you during this stressful time). I would recommend her without hesitation.

Amanda Sammons was the key to our purchasing a home in Texas. With knowledge of her thorough, attention to every detail, work ethic, we knew she was the one to get it done. Saw the house at 6:00pm, under contract at 11 the same night. Closed in less than 3 weeks. Amanda and the team she surrounds herself with were all excellent. HIGHLY recommend.

Our agent in another state chose Amanda Sammons to market our home because of her successful credentials and Amanda far exceeded our expectations. At our first meeting, she astutely understood our needs and expectations and tailored a plan we could achieve. She was straightforward and in our corner. By the time she left, we had a comprehensive list of our action items, and hers, with a timeline. In addition, Amanda began transforming our house into the space anyone would want to call home. Throughout the process, Amanda was always available, by phone, text, or in person. She would check in to see if we needed anything and how we were holding up. Before our first showing, she arrived with a beautiful blooming plant for our foyer. There was a spot on the stove that was missed in cleaning and she cleaned it. We listed and six days later we had a contract. She's unbeatable!! Thank you, Amanda Sammons! We will never forget all you did for us.

Amanda is Outstanding in every way possible. She is knowledgeable, attentive, available, friendly and trustworthy. We'd recommend Amanda with absolutely no hesitation for buying or selling your house.

Very thorough very professional when above and beyond to meet needs and wants very appreciative of her help always willing to recommend to friends and family
