Amanda was professional, always available and patient with the long process that it took for the purchase of my property. She she exceptionally knowledgeable.

Thank you Amanda!!

Truly Blessed Having Amanda taking care of the sales of the property.

She really cares about getting you into the right property at a fair price for you. She so trustworthy and easy to work with and communicate with, that she made the process pretty painless. She set appropriate expectations and she always goes above and beyond with every aspect of transaction. I recommend her to everyone I know looking to buy or sell real estate in this area.

Choosing Amanda as our agent was the best decision we made during our recent home buying experience. She went above and beyond patiently showing us houses as we struggled to find what we wanted. She endured our indecisiveness gracefully and professionally. On a scale from 1 to 10, Amanda scores a resounding 20.

With this being the first home my wife and I purchased and moving to a new area having Amanda as our realtor was a huge benefit. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market in the area we wanted to move to and was very willing to answer the extensive list of questions that we had about our home buying process. She gave us tips on things to look for and helped us figure out exactly what our needs and wants were and helped us find the perfect house for our situation. I will be working with Amanda again in the future when it is time to move out of our starter house and into our next house.

Amanda was a tremendous help and resource in finding the right property for me. She was very patient in helping me sort out what exactly I actually wanted in a property, and then executed on that with fantastic local expertise. She helped skillfully with everything from offer formulation, contingency work... to price (counter offer) negotiation. I have purchased well over a dozen properties in my lifetime, yet I can honestly say I could not have managed this one without her assistance.

Amanda is great! We would definitely recommend her!
