Amanda Van Zante was great to work with. She was easy to contact for questions and she stayed on top of things. The house I ended up buying she told me about 30 minutes after it went on the market. In the current housing market climate speed and flexibly is important and Amanda was both. Even though I'm sure her schedule is very busy, Amanda's attentiveness made me feel like I was her only client. Hopefully I won't be moving anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely seek her out again.

Working with Amanda on the sale of our house was a great experience. She handled everything very promptly and in depth. I would 100% recommend Amanda as someone for prospective buyers to work with - she goes to bat for her clients and it shows!

From the start, Amanda Van Zante was very perceptive and able to help me see better what I really wanted. This was my first home purchase so making a decision was difficult for me but Amanda Van Zante was very patient with me and helped me learn to weigh the pros and cons. I just can’t say enough about Amanda Van Zante’s real estate expertise and caring nature! She is a true gem in the complex world of real estate. Knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile, always available when you have a question or concern, takes the time to make sure she knows your needs, positive, upbeat, friendly and caring. She’s the real deal and I highly recommend Amanda Van Zante for your real estate needs!
