Amanda Holland has not just help us sell 8211 Julian Road but she was the one that also helped me purchase it back in 2020. So once we decided to sell we knew exactly who to call to assist us as our realtor in the sale and of course once again she did not disappoint. She was on top of everything from having paperwork ready to sign and getting everything in order with photographs, giving advise on how to stage up the house and when we could go live on the market and setting up open houses. Amanda is very professional, great communication and all around a great person. She was there every step of the way from once we received a offer and making sure all the paperwork was correct and legally acceptable. We are currently using her to buy our new home right now as well and if ever sell to buy again she will be the first one we call to help us in this process again and also recommend her to all my family and friends for sure! If I could give a 100 out of 10 I would!
