Amber Conklin

Amber Conklin made me feel like I was the only one she was working with. She help plan our home visits and we were able to visit many areas of town. Amber was very knowledgeable about the properties that we were looking at. It was easy to talk to her and she did an excellent job of assessing our needs. She did a great job guided me through making an offer, negotiations, mortgages, really the whole buying process!

Amber was such a big help to me in the homebuying process from beginning to end, especially after we knew each other by working together at KCCI. She was easily available by phone, texting, and email to answer all of my questions and concerns, and connected me to many different services, including mortgage lenders, security, inspection, plumbing, electrical, and others. She understood my needs and wants, and helped make getting my first house much easier. She even helped me shovel my driveway when we came to the house after the unexpected snowstorm. Amber is very resourcesful and knows what's she's doing. I'd recommend working with her again.
