Amelia Chappel is a very professional, very helpful real estate agent and we would be happy to refer her to friends.

Amelia Chappel was an excellent partner and advocate who looked out for my interests throughout the purchase and build of my new construction home. She wasn't pushy and she presented unbiased facts based on her deep knowledge and expertise in the industry. She held the lender and builder accountable and communicated frequently to keep me informed. She visited the house while under construction frequently, sending me pictures of the progress while proactively communicating with the builder about questions and concerns. It was a pleasure to work with Amelia and I give her my highest recommendation and would absolutely

Amelia did a wonderful job from start to finish.

I stumbled upon Amelia's page one night after googling industrial condos. The next morning she reached out and thanked me for visiting her site. She stated if I had any questions or had specifics I was looking for to feel free to reach out. This being my first purchase, Amelia was extremely helpful and ALWAYS available throughout the entire process. Even after the sale, she went above and beyond in assisting me with building and parking access. She is genuine, warm-hearted, and the epitome of what I love about the people Texas. I will definitely be recommending her to my family that I expect will be following soon enough. Thank you for making my house a home.

Amelia Chappel is excellent, and I trust her completely whenever I have a real estate need. I would never use another realtor in the Dallas area. She has helped us sell two homes now, and to purchase one. We were very pleased with the sale of our Fate home; everything went quickly and smoothly. Many thanks to Amelia for being there for us again through another home sale!!

Amelia Chappel is a wonderful person and very helpful from the beginning to the end for the home buying process. She is very knowledgeable and has good communication. She is extremely nice and wonderful to work with.

Amelia's approach to this was super professional and we could see that we were in great hands immediately! Amelia Chappel is by far the best real estate Agent that we have worked with. She has been amazing and so personal! She ensured that our family felt comfortable, had a great sense of what we were looking for as a family and leaned in on providing us with the best experience possible!

Hear about Amelia from word of mouth from a co worker. At the time my brother was starting his home search. So I told him about Amelia and how my co worker was very satisfied with her service. Months later my brother finds exactly what he was looking for with her help. He told me about the overall experience he had. So I decided to give Amelia a try as well. I couldn’t be anymore happier. She was super patient and I never felt pressured to put a offer on something I dint like. Me being a first time home buyer I had a lot questions and she was always happy to answer. Over last few months we developed a great relationship. Not just with me but with my family too that she met. I am sure my sister is next in line to purchase a home with Amelia’s help. They already have that relationship and I couldn’t agree on a better person for the job. Overall very happy I choose her
