Amelia made the process of purchasing a new home seamless considering that I was living on the East Coast while looking to purchase in Texas. Once we discussed, my wants and needs for my future home, she was "on it." She is extremely efficient, personable and customer-service oriented while always making me feel like I am her only client. (She even assisted me with finding a realtor to market and sell my home on the East Coast, prior to purchasing my new home in Texas.) And, don't think that your relationship with Amelia is over after closing. She offers a wealth of knowledge and familiarity in the area and graciously suggests resources that may assist you in settling into your new surroundings. I cannot praise and thank Amelia enough. She is the best!

Amelia came in with a plan to sell our home with our expectations in mind. We set a good price and had an offer the next day. The entire process from start to finish was handled with utmost professionalism. This is the second time we used Amelia, and we were pleased once again. Going forward, I will definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone else looking to make a real estate transaction.

We really enjoyed working with Amelia. She always had great advice for us and was always there for us when we needed her.

Amelia was awesome to work with. She is very knowledgeable. she answered all the questions that I had. She is very dedicated driving over an hour each time to show me house. It was nice to have somebody that took the time to explain the process. I would recommend Amelia to anyone I know buying a house

Amelia knows the market. She was spot on with pricing and decor to sell fast. I was one that didn't really question it much as I knew she would not misguide me. Due to her expertise I had offers within the first 4 days of market and closed in 45 days! What an Agent! I am so pleased with Amelia's performance as and agent and her expertise in the market. She knows her business and can deliver.
