Amelia Chappel became a friend and was patient and understood the needs of my disabled husband. She knew when to push and when to back off which made the whole process work as well as it did. She did her job well. I would recommend Amelia to anyone that might need her services. Thanks, Amelia

I had a choice betweem Amelia Chappel and another realtor and I chose Amelia because she was very attentive to my needs. In a world full of texting, unlike other realtors I have dealt with, Amelia didn't text me to relay important information, she called me to find out my exact needs and followed up with answers in a timely fashion. In a tight seller's market in Dallas, Amelia made sure I was able to see the home I wanted to see in a timely manner and immediately wrote the contract based on my desire. Amelia stood out to me because she was very resourceful and very knowledgable of the area I purchased my home. I would recommend Amelia simply based on her pleasant attitude and patient ways. Her customer service was top notch. Because of Amelia's excellent realtor service, my closing process was made easier on me.

We were looking to relocate to Texas from Michigan. Amelia was available every time we needed her. She took us to a large number of areas as we tried to narrow our search parameters . She found an inspector for us as we built remotely. She visited our property and sent us reports on progress. She does not use high pressure and has a great deal of patience. She is a workhorse and not a show horse and we mean that in its most positive sense. We would absolutely recommend her to all of our friends and should the need arise again she would be our only choice.

Amelia thank you so much for helping us find our dream home. You made this process so much easier me and my family, really appreciate all your help thank you for your hard work and dedication for helping us find the perfect home.

Amelia was there for us every step of the way. She is a wonderful person to work with, and had a very important impact on the preparation, presentation, selling, and closing of our home. My wife and I are so happy to have met her.

Amelia is very attentive, has a great attitude and has very good communication. Our investment property was a very small dollar amount but she handled us with just as much attention as with a much larger purchase. Thanks a bunch!

Amelia Chappell was a great help in our search for a home. She took the time to listen to our desires for a home, searched to find places that we might like, and helped us zero in on a great price once we identified a property. She was attentive, thoughtful, and responsive to our concerns, and always put our needs first. We would highly recommend her to friends/family for their home searches in this area.

It was refreshing to work with someone like Amelia. She was extremely attentive to our needs and extremely detail oriented. Being that my husband and I were first time buyers, the entire process seemed daunting until we had the pleasure to work with Amelia. She was honest, attentive and informative which really put our worries to ease. Especially with a first baby on the way to boot. We truly appreciate her and all of her hard work.
