After careful consideration, we made an offer on one of the very first homes in our favorites' list even though we saw it last and it was approx 80 miles south of where we were looking. I was medically retired from the Army in 2015. We were staying with my Mom while looking for a decent place to live. Pricking our hearts and bodies like a bone spur the MRI can not detect. She was always positive and never seemed discouraged. When our original lender flaked out us, she threw out three recommendations. We went with the only one with an app. Linda Davidson's team was far more knowledgeable and helpful than that other guy. Actually, I can not recommend Amelia strongly enough!
