St. Amy is amazing! The contrast between Amy and the kid who represented the listing agent of the first place we tried to make an offer on was astounding. She can track five thousand details at once, and knows what's going on behind the scenes of every step of the process, no matter how large or small. She even knew how to turn the icemaker on in the freezer! And she gets back with you very quickly every time and handles every detail. I hadn't realized that the process could be so smooth! She also mentioned things that we weren't thinking of, such as "Imagine bringing in your groceries in the winter here." She's the best! I've watched too many House Hunters, and hadn't realized how many functions a realtor serves during the whole process. She arranged viewings, some on the fly, and drove all over town showing us condos, and knew about the unique qualities of each area. I can't say enough about how helpful she is. We loved that Amy wasn't pushy about anything, but told us her opinion on how best to win the condo we wanted while others were being snatched up while we were on our way to view them--and she was right!

Amy finds the exact houses you were looking for in her search. Then seems to quickly get spots to show you and stopped all other showings after I offered 5000 over asking price and the sellers agreed to stop showings and I got the deal. Amy is a genius Realtor
