It was immediately apparent upon meeting Amy Bumpus that she was a very smart person, and that she was knowledgeable in multiple areas, and that she would be fully capable of guiding us through the maze. She was also quite friendly, relaxed and had a pleasant, engaging demeanor. If you are fortunate enough to have Amy Bumpus as an agent, you are getting a 100+% total package. Plus, she is the hardest worker that I’ve seen in quite a long time. One thing that impressed me the most is that I really had to do very little! She has a bevy of resources in her “real estate toolkit” that she can readily call upon they respond right away. How much more could I ask for? The home selling experience, was easy peasy. Amy is a leader, she provided a clear explanationn of what we needed to do, how to do it, and various options that she’d found in her “toolkit” to facilitate getting it done. She is a trustworthy individual, which enabled us to basically float along and follow her lead!
