Potamis Properties exceeded my expectations. Amy Potamis provided clear directions for preparing my home for sale and worked with me to address issues as they came up. I cannot say enough on the professionalism and care provided.

My entire family was so sad over the recent loss of our parents and so very confused about everything we needed to do to sell their home. From day one, and as the Executor of my parents' estate, Amy Potamis sympathized with my/our loss, personally walked me through the entire process, and helped me with every issue related to preparing and selling the home, including even helping me find a house cleaner, suggestions on what repairs to perform, overview of the estate filing process, staging the property, a lawyer to talk to, and more. What amazed me most was that Amy was available by phone, email, text, and even in person 7 days a week and her super quick response time, includinging on weekends, was eye opening. I was so unprepared for all the work involved and Amy put my fears to rest and guided me over the entire period. My sister, my brother, and I are proud of what we accomplished on behalf of our parents and I can't thank Amy enough!

Amy is highly knowledgeable about the local market, skilled in negotiating with the buyer, and always helpful and accessible. She was available whenever needed, making the experience great for us, as a first-time homebuyer.

Amy made the whole experience easy .Very professional yet down to earth .I would definitely use her and recommended her in the future

I have worked with a couple of agents so far, but Amy was the best. She always listened to my needs and prioritized my interests. She took care of me like an sister would, allowing me to comfortably share various opinions. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.

Amy was fantastic to work with throughout this whole process! We worked together for almost 2 years looking for a place, but her patience and knowledge were invaluable to us in this difficult market.

Amy was very helpful and knowledgeable. She always answered my phone calls and always answered all my questions, even if she was not sure of something she would research and then provide an answer.
