I was very fortunate to have Amy Potamis on my side for my home search. She is extremely knowledgeable, knows the market very well and her communication is excellent. She was very patient with my as my home search lasted for several months. Amy helped educate me in the process and was very informative. I felt complete trust in Amy's judgement the entire way through the process. She immediately developed an understanding and sensibility of what I was looking for and at no point did I feel pressured by Amy towards any particular property. Amy was willing on several occasions to set up showings and attend open houses on very short notice. She is an excellent agent and I highly recommend Amy to anyone searching for a new home!

I could not have imagined working with a more kind and thorough real estate agent. Amy was so patient and flexible with my schedule which is never consistent. Amy's interpersonal skills are incredible. She definitely went above and beyond. She gave me insight that helped me along my home buying journey that without would make the experience extremely difficult.

Amy always had time to show me different homes and was constantly in contact with me throughout the whole process. Anytime I had a question or concern she would answer my call right away and at any time of the day. I was nervous buying my first home but after meeting her she quickly gave me the peace of mind and confidence that I could get it done. Really can't say enough good things about Amy and all the hard work she did for my family. I would absolutely work with her again in the future and recommend anybody who's looking for a smooth stress-free home buying experience to go with her. Thank you Amy! :)

Amy was outstanding in every way. She was highy knowledgeable, provided excellent advice and was extemely available (called us right back whenever we had a question, even late in the evening). She was warm, professional, and a pleasure to work with all around. I highly recommend Amy Copeland Potamis.

Amy is the cream of the crop! She was absolutely amazing every step of the way. She was so knowledgeable about the market and helped us understand especially since we were new to Massachusetts. Her attention to detail and negotiation was top notch. As mentioned before, Amy was truly the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. She is truly the best, she made everything so easy to understand. Amy is friendly and just brings so much joy and happiness. She understood all of our needs and was so kind, and had a quick response! It was an absolute pleasure being able to work with her. Will be recommending to everyone!! Thank you for helping us find our perfect home!

We worked with Amy Copeland Potamis to sell our home in Melrose when we were planning to move out of the state. From the very beginning, she was understanding of our needs and timeline (which was fast), and was proactive in reaching out when she needed information from us. Her marketing was top-rate which produced an influx of interest and the open houses were completely full. She knows Melrose and our neighborhood like the back of her hand which certainly helped to drive interest. Amy's warm demeanor and jovial disposition are great assets. She is kind and respectful to all. We couldn't recommend Amy more as a realtor.

Ami is an excellent agent with great experience. I liked that she wasn't limited to one area and took us to open houses outside of our original area of interest. She is very knowledgeable and known among agents, very accessible at any time and we spent hours discussing strategies to buy a house.
