I appreciated her willingness to be realistic about the challenging market and be honest and upfront with us. She was also a very camling presence when some issues came up regarding final payment. Any time I was stressed out about getting things done for the mortgage company, she took care of things and helped me relax about the whole process. Buying a house at this time has been a potentially trying time but Amy and I would just say oh well, another lost house, back to the drawing board.
