I think we are lucky to find and work with Amy Copeland Potamis at Coldwell Banker to buy our first home. It's a dream come true for us. Buying a house is a process, and we learned a lot throughout this journey. Since this is our first home, we had so many inquiries to ensure we are moving in the right direction. Amy gave us confidence and mentored us to closing and even after close if we had any queries. I think it wouldn't be possible to be successful without her assistance; she is a real team player, never pushed us for any property, and always suggested that we take time before moving on to putting an offer. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, informative, and respectful. She made our journey very easy. She is friendly and quick in responding to our inquiries.

We're writing this review from our dream home, all thanks to Amy Potamis. We reached out to Amy back in March when we first started the process of looking for our first house. Amy helped us every step of the way (from securing the mortgage pre-approval, setting up and going to showings, drafting a compelling/fair offer letter, securing the offer acceptance, negotiating the terms of the P+S, and ultimately closing). Buying your first home can be a very daunting experience, but Amy made each step of the process a clear and positive one, making us feel confident in the process and in our decisions. We really couldn't have done it without her expertise. She responded to all of our calls, texts, emails within an hour (most of the time right away) to answer our relentless questions and to set up tours of MANY houses until we found the one that was just right for us. She's FANTASTIC at coming to showings because she knows what to look for - she can point out things that would come up in a home inspection so you know what to expect, and she is also great at painting a vision for ways you could do some minor fixes to a house to make it really special. For example, if we seemed excited about a house with good bones but were second guessing one minor feature, Amy "has a guy" for just about anything that can "buff a floor" here or "take down a wall" there to make it fit our criteria and needs, and ultimately make you start to see yourself living in the house. She was supportive of what we wanted and very patient with us. It took us quite a few homes to get a feel for what we wanted, and she was never pushy, just happy to help. We can't say enough good things. We love Amy!

Amy Copeland Potamis was a God send! My house was a home my late husband and I built together. It was a very difficult decision for me to put the house on the market. It was a process and Amy never pressured me . Amy was there every step of the way. This is the second time that we have worked with Amy when purchasing a home, and we have been extremely happy with her during both of the times we've worked with her. She has always been very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the market. She always goes above and beyond and is so helpful with anything we've needed, from things like picking up and delivering paperwork and keeping inspection appointments when we are working and would have had a difficult time doing these things ourselves.
