Amy truly has a gift for this line of work! She is extremely knowledgeable, stayed in constant communication with us throughout the buying/selling process and was available any hour of any day. I could truly feel the heart she pours into her job and the care with which she helps her clients work through each step. I started with a realtor and feel like I ended up with a new friend. Amy is THE BEST.

From the start to the finish Amy Hullet was a great person to be in charge of our sale. I had complete trust in her. She was knowledgeable about the area, did great research into comps and was very helpful throughout the process. I would definitely go back to Amy for any sale or purchase.

Amy was great to work with from start to finish!

Working with Amy was an absolute joy...I was relocating from Grand Forks to the Bismarck community after the death of my husband. Amy was so understanding of my situation...she was responsive to my needs and found me the PERFECT home. She was very easy to work with, she would readily respond to my communications...I couldn't be happier...

Amy Hullet's genuine kindnesses, calming encouragement, generous helpfulness, vast experience, and amazing high energy carried us through the stresses of getting our home sold. Her tact was appreciated. She patiently guided us as we prepared our home which we had lived in for thirty-eight years for a successful sale, and we sold it with Amy in a month. Her excellent communication skills kept us informed. Amy advertised our listing with an abundance of media. The closing was surprisingly enjoyable.

This is the third purchase that we asked Amy Hullet to help us with because of her expertise and integrety. It was a 'no-brainer' to choose Amy Hullet. Amy Hullet commumicated with the seller for us which made the purchase as smooth as possible in what can be a stressful experience. Amy Hullet is awesome (and fun, too)!!

This was our second time asking Amy Hullet to sell a property for us. We knew we could trust her advice and integrety. Also, she used a variety of marketing tools to get the most exposer possible. Amy Hullet is the best!!

If you want 100 percent honest, direct, open, and knowledgeable communication, in addition to a realtor who works extremely hard about 18 hours a day, then I highly recommend Amy Hullet to fit your needs. Also, she has a very soft touch in negotiating terms, delivering real results that meet high expectations--Amy is the Real Deal!

Amy was very helpful throughout the entire process of selling our house. She provided valuable insights and advice from getting ready to list and market the property to the details involved in actually completing the sale. Amy is easy to work with and proved to be very knowledgeable in her field.
