Amy always kept me informed as to the progress with showings, open houses, and offers

This was a difficult transaction because there were 3 sellers involved and 2 were out of state. Amy was very helpful in making sure all of us were communicated with, making sure the 2 out of state parties were set up with notaries to sign in their states and she was always available when we had questions.
