We spent almost one year searching for our dream home and through it all, Andrea was there. She always answered our calls and texts to view homes promptly and met with us (often on very short notice). She was very patient with us when we brought our young children to the viewings, even when they were a little rowdy! Andrea made our home buying experience a great one from the very first viewing to our closing date, working with Andrea was an absolute pleasure. She helped us negotiate a good price for our new home and kept us well informed during the inspection/repair process when we had quite a few questions. My husband and I cannot say enough about good things about her. This was my first homebuying experience, so I was very in the dark with what I was doing. Andrea was very helpful, friendly, and understanding. She answered all of my questions, no matter how small, and was always promptly available. She has definitely gone the extra mile for me. I would absolutely use her again and would recommend her services.

We had a wonderfull experience working with Andrea. She was very quick in replies, any time or day.....no matter how many texts or calls. (Believe me there were plenty weekend 9 pm texts) Appointments were often sheduled the next day, due to our travels shedules, and she always made them work. She is very friendly and really a great person to do the house hunting with. Now that we found our home, we will miss her. But if we ever decide to sell we will contact her again.

I thought that Andrea performed her duties perfectly and I appreciated her attention to details, her friendly attitude and the fact that even though she heard from our lawyer that the condo documents were okay, she was prepared to delay closing until I directly heard from the lawyer myself [which I quickly did and no delay was necessary]. I regarded this approach to wise and professional and showed that avoiding risk and complications for me was more important than "closing the deal".
