Thank you so much Andrea!! She made the whole process so seemless and less stressful, even though we knew that the house buying process can be mostly tedious!! This was our first home and the help and guidance we got throughout the whole process from Andrea Briscoe was just awesome!! She is warm, and friendly, but also fought for us and our interests. She listened to all our questions, concerns and we felt we were in great hands. We definitely will recommend Andrea to anyone looking to buying a property, and will be coming back to her again for our next purchase..

Andrea helped us with a complicated sale involving significant disclosure. Thanks to her, we managed to price correctly and sell in 8 days. Andrea's advice and guidance was absolutely critical. We are so grateful to have had her help.

Andrea was amazing with us. She was like a trusted partner who always advised us about things we may have missed otherwise. Definitely would work with her again.

Having worked with Andrea Briscoe before, we knew she had a clear understanding of our wants and needs. She had been very helpful in the past, and this time was no different. Andrea always made herself available and provided us with options that we liked. She made helpful suggestions when it came time to make an offer, and her advice helped us get the home we wanted for a price we could afford. Andrea was also very helpful when it came time to close, with the inspection, the legal arrangements and with navigating through some challenges that arose when it came time to take possession.
