Andrea is awesome to work with. I have used her several times and I am never disappointed. Her knowledge and professionalism is unmatched.

Andrea Clemons was wonderful to work with throughout my home-buying process. She helped me navigate a loan with some unique eligibility factors and made what could have felt overwhelming much easier to understand. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and always took the time to explain my options clearly. Andrea also helped me negotiate concessions, which made a huge difference, and I felt confident knowing she was advocating for my best interest every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is experienced, supportive, and truly knowledgeable.

Both as a homeowner and investor I have bought and sold many properties, and worked with many agents. Andrea is by far among the best I have ever worked with on any side of a transaction. She exceeded my expectations on every measure, and I have high standards. She sold our house in a challenging market, under challenging conditions (including me being out of town and with the holidays bearing down on us), for an excellent price and in record time, making sure every detail was accounted for when I was unable to personally do so. I cannot recommend Andrea highly enough. I wish I could bring her with me to all the states where I buy and sell properties. She's a gem.

Andrea is a real treasure in the Realtor community. She is so knowledgeable and answered all our questions efficiently and effectively. She made buying a house easy and allowed us the time we needed to make the best decision for us. We never felt pressured or rushed and greatly appreciated her expertise.

Andrea Clemons is a wonderful realtor. I would highly recommend her to family and friends. She is knowledgeable about the whole process from determining a sales price, staging your home, marketing it to potentional buyers, and negotiating the sale. We were very thankful to have Andrea guide us throughout the process. She is a blessing!
