We knew very little about selling our home. Andrea did an excellent job understanding that and telling us what we needed , educating us and doing an above and beyond service for us! Andrea did an excellent job understanding the market and coming up with the fair market value for the home, finding an excellent photographer to take the photos for the MLS listing, and knowing what inspections needed to be scheduled . She also did an excellent job working with the buyers realistate agent and agencies involved in putting the house on the market. She also did an excellent job telling us what we needed to do to get the house and property ready for sale. I would highly recommend Andrea .
