I had interacted with Andrea for 10 years at my previous place of employment, so when it came time to list our home for sale she was my top choice and the only realtor we contacted. Andrea was great! Offered all kinds of help, most of which we didn't take advantage of. Provided guidance on review of offers and counter offers, ultimately supporting our decisions on how to move forward.

Andrea took care of several issues we had on the property after we moved to England. She handled a resodding issue when insects attacked the lawn. When the sod guy provided less than acceptable service, Andrea took matters in her own hands and replaced the dead sod herself. This exemplifies her service to her customers. She kept us informed every step of the way durring the selling process. She's the best realtor we've had.
