We met Andrea at an open house and she quickly impressed us with her knowledge of the area. We moved from out of state and relied on her to tell us which school districts and neighborhoods were better than others and she never steered us wrong. She was really patient with us, and our rowdy kids as we looked at 8 different houses and gave us contact information for local vendors for windows, flooring and plumbing. We felt like old friends by the time we finally chose a house and closed. We are really appreciative of her knowledge and could not have had a better buying experience!

Andrea Stone is a great realtor! She was very professional and patient with us during the entire process. We appreciate all of her hard work and dedication in helping with purchasing our new home and selling our previous home. If you're in the market for a new home, choose Andrea Stone. You will not be disappointed!

Andrea Stone was great to work with. Andrea handled all of our questions and needs with positivity and professionalism. She was truly a pleasure to work with!

We were so fortunate to have Andrea help us through the home buying process. In May we found a perfect house with a significant issue. Other buyers made offers and things slowly fell apart with those. Andrea knew this was “the one” for us, and she worked so hard and reached out to so many people to get us answers and find a way to resolve the concerns and get us into that house. Andrea is above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Upon learning about our upcoming move, TWO of my friends recommended Andrea's services. With my permission, one of them alerted Andrea of our need for a realtor. She called me that same day, and we set up a meeting that week! Andrea was very professional and made sure we were kept up to date every step of the way. She was available whenever we needed her and alerted us if she was going to be out of town. She was incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed during the sales process. Andrea presented us with a very detailed, professional sales packet. She walked us through all of the comps and the things we needed to consider when selling our property. Her knowledge of our neighborhood was definitely a bonus! Andrea is a top-notch realtor! She is incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question we had during the sales process. She did an excellent job of negotiating so that we were able to get a fair price for our home, as well as a move out date that fit our family's needs.

Andrea did an amazing job helping us get to know Des Moines from out of state! She was patient, informative, and knowledgable throughout the process. We were so glad to have her as our realtor!
