Understanding the market is critical...Andrew has a grasp on this. When I first contacted him about selling my home, it was in the remodel stage. He gave me a advice to preparing my home for sale. From the bathroom remodel, to painting, to preparing for showing. As the listing started to take shape, he adjusted furnishings, took photos of my home and listed it.
