Andrew was a pleasure to have as my realtor for my first home purchase experience. Andrew was very personable both on the phone and face to face. He wasn't pushy at all but instead offered to set up a search for us to meet our criteria when the original house we called about was already under contract. He was very knowledgeable and from the start there was never any doubt in our minds that he was working for us. When meeting face to face for the first time to see a couple of listings, we were sure we had made the right choice. We wouldn't go anywhere else for a realtor. I don't know if we would have made it to closing without Andrews help. And awesome title company as well. Got our CD 90 minutes before the close, due to the mortgage company. Title company was still ready for us and closing took only 30 minutes! I can't recommend him highly enough. I've already given his contact information to a friend that's interested in buying in the next year. Andrew kept everything moving smoothly, got things going again when we were unable to reach someone and coordinated the entire process for us. Even kept us from leaving money on the table at closing when we found out at the last minute that the mortgage we had chosen limited seller assistance. Great experience. We are planning on buying again in 5-6 years and will be calling Andrew when we're ready. Helpful cheerful group of people that really know how to get things done and minimize the stress of buying.
