Completely flying blind (This was our first home that we were searching for/purchasing) Andy Contacted us because we were interested in a house on Zillow. Unfortunately, that house was not for us, but we kept looking for another couple of weeks or so. Having a lot to think about, we decided that we were not ready to buy and decided hold off on our house searching for almost 9 months - but Andy stuck by our side the whole time. When we finally decided that we were ready, Andy put it into high gear. We looked at house after house after house... only to end up either disappointed because the house was not the right fit for us, or if we loved a house, my fiancé and I waited too long to decide, and the house (we thought we loved) would go pending. Thankfully, Andy was taking notes on things that we liked and disliked about the houses we saw. One night, we had just finished looking at a house, he got a notification on his phone - it was an alert that a house went on the market. When he opened his phone, his eyes lit up and he said, "Before I show you this, I am just going to go ahead and let you know, this is your future home." He showed us the pictures on the link, and requested the first showing we could get (which was the following day). Immediately, we fell in love with the house/area/everything about it. It was like it was meant to be (Andy was right!!). Throughout the days leading up to our Close day, those were the most stressful for us. Thankfully, Andy was able to explain anything that we came across that we felt were unique to our situation (thankfully there was nothing too out of the blue). Also, he was available to talk at any moment and was very flexible in times that we needed him. Fast forward (a million questions and about a month and a half later) we were closing on our first home! We feel that we entrusted this process with the right people for our situation and it could not have been a better fit. For all that he's done for us, we feel that he is like family.
