On short notice, I inquired on-line about seeing a property during a weekend I was visiting Cincinnati and had decided to search for a second home closer to family. Andy literally responded to me within minutes. I had inquired on other properties with other realtors during this same time frame, but Andy was the only agent that contacted me personally and virtually immediately. Together we narrowed down the options quickly and I was able to make an informed decision that same day and an offer the next day. He consistently answered all my questions immediately and helped me make the most of all the electronic utilities and communication capabilities that were nonexistent the last time I purchased a home. Andy literally helped me with everything and personally took care of all those items where it was most practical to have someone present in-person. He helped me find an inspector and promptly incorporated all the found items into an addendum to the purchase contract. He actually did the final walk-through of the property himself on my behalf. I could not have asked for more. During closing, he facilitated all the needed communication between my lender, the selling agent, and the title company that would have taken me many hours to effectively execute on my own. I cannot express fully in words how much it meant to me to have someone of Andy's caliber helping me. He is a gentleman and a true professional.
