Andy was very attentive and made himself very available to meet to check out houses. He was also very honest as we would go through house pointing out damage/older amenities, not trying to push something on me that I did not want. He made the entire process painless and seamless. And was also very knowledgeable and patient with me as we went though the process. If I had any questions, he was always available to answer but usually didn't as he was very proactive in reaching out to me to get any questions answered (and with info that usually answered any questions already.) I 100% recommend Andy to help buy/sell your home. I'm in the unique situation where i bought my new home before I sold my old home, so there is a overlap. He's already let me know what info he needs, but is also not being pushy as he understands that we're all busy.

Very good feedback from the buyers. We had a couple of issues come up with the condition of the house and he suggested a good resolutions so that neither side felt like they were being taken advantage of Andy exceeded expectations
