When I first talked to Andy, it became clear he was the obvious choice to go with, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us a priority. We had a deadline that we needed to meet for closing, and when the bank pushed our closing date back twice and messed up multiple times, Andy informed us on what to do and also called the bank himself. This was our first home buying experience and he made the process as easy on us as possible. Andy always answered our calls, and when we considered looking for homes in kentucky he connected us with a realtor down there. Andy understood our financial situation along with our wants and needs for a home and found us numerous options to view. Andy Childs was an absolute delight to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the areas I was interested in, as well as patient and supportive. Being a younger first time home buyer that was buying without a spouse or other person, I was nervous about being talked into something or being pressured to make decisions. I always felt very comfortable during this whole process, and I felt that every decision made was 100% my own. Also, being a third shifter always makes scheduling difficult, but he made himself available to talk to and walk through houses with according to my schedule, which made the process a lot easier and less stressful for me.
