From our first meeting to discuss the sale of our home to the closing of the sale, Andy Childs was great! He was so easy to work with and his expertise and knowledge made the whole process go very smoothly. We can't say enough good things about Andy! My wife and I met Andy at an open house about a year ago.We were just beginning the process and we were uncertain about what area of greater Cincinnati we wanted to settle in.With consideration for my wife’s health needs and our job locations, we had a very specific wish list. We got to work doing updates and touchups and called in Andy to get the process rolling! Andy work fast! Within a few days we had amazing pictures posted online that were very warm and inviting. Within a few hours of being on the market, our home was under contract! Andy stayed in close contact with us as we went through the selling process, making the process smooth and easy. We feel that he communicated very well with us, and alerted us to any potential hiccups in the process. With the selling process out-of-the-way, we were now in a position to focus solely on our new home. With the help of mortgage company that Andy had directed us to, we had more options to choose from to meet our specific home needs. After months of searching, we found our forever home! My wife and I have selected to build a new home in Butler County! Build! Can you believe it? We sure can’t! This was something we never thought we’d be able to afford to do. The idea of getting a new home that is customized to my wife’s health needs and to our style is unbelievable! My wife and I were so happy the day that we got the ball rolling on this new home. We have awaken every morning since pinching ourselves that we were able to get into an area and into a home that we never thought was possible. If it wasn’t for Andy, we would’ve given up and just stayed where we were until spring 2021 and would’ve missed out on so many opportunities. We sincerely thank Andy for all of the hard work and diligence that he put into both the buying and selling process for us. We have already spoken to so many of our friends and family members who are considering looking into buying/selling in the coming months and years. We rant and rave about how smooth the process has been for us despite all of our obstacles and we give Andy much of the credit!
