Angie and Todd Hermanns are AMAZING!!!! When me and my kids decided to move to Myrtle beach we were connected to Angie and Todd through realtor.com and from the start they were great!!! We went over what we needed as a family and they helped us search through listings that meet our criteria! After very thorough showings of the properties we found one we really liked and we went forward but my mortgage company was not able to close the deal, after talking with Angie about options she put me in contact with a mortgage company she recommended, and they got the job done super quick!! After being connected with the new mortgage company we were able to move forward and found a great home super quick!
