Anita didn't hesitate and asked for the roof to be replaced, over $7,000. They agreed and replace the roof before I moved in. She asked for a home warranty be added in. I would have never even though about that. Which recently came in handy when my water heater wasn't working. She has the knowledge to protect her clients. I know we looked at a lot of properties, and she seemed intent on finding one that was to our liking.
