Ann got me an offer above asking with a 30 day close during a pandemic...and she kept it all on schedule! She was amazing throughout the entire process to ensure everything was getting done correctly, and she went out of her way to assist with anything and everything. I wound never use another agent for any property transactions. I will only use Ann, and I will continue to sing her praises to everyone!
