We were instantly attracted to Ann Leighty by her candidness and humor about the property on which we first met her. She seemed to know if a property wouldn't work for us but was willing to take the time to show us anything we wanted to see. During a difficult time securing our loan she was encouraging and made us feel that it would work out. We believe she was the reason that it did work out. She often contacted the lender on our behalf when we were having a difficult time communicating with him. She asserted our cause in getting some conpensation from the seller due to problems found during the inspection. She provided us with an inspector that we totally trusted. She had a very professional way of letting the lender know we needed compensation for an extra charge from the seller for several extensions which were no fault of ours. She was our rock through a very difficult mortgage process. She always seemed to be available and would either answer or get right back to us when contacted.
