Anna Fenno is absolutely an amazing realtor! She literally handles everything in a professional manner and responds quickly to your concerns. If you need leaves blown from your yard before the photographer arrives or someone to listen calmly while you have a meltdown, Anna is your realtor with the “whatever it takes” attitude, understanding, and strength to get you through it! She is quite knowledgeable about every aspect of selling your home, always thorough with all the documents needed, and always supportive in each and every stage of the process from listing to closing. We could not be more impressed or pleased with her performance as our sellers’ agent. We highly recommend Anna Fenno if you are considering purchasing or selling a home.

Anna was amazing throughout the sales process. Helen Adam’s is lucky to have her on the HA team. We would highly recommend Anna to anyone considering a home purchase or sale.

We are so glad we had a mutual connection to Anna Fenno who introduced us. With a unique situation (having to buy a home remotely via FaceTime), Anna exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

Anna was amazing. We were coming into town on the weekends to prepare the house for sale and she was attentive, helpful, going above and beyond for our unique situation.

Anna was quite knowledgable about the home sales in Ardrey and knew how to advise us to secure our new home. She was always available to answer our questions and get in touch with the listing agent if necessary. She was with us every step of the way from showing to closing with a smile and offers to help in any way we needed her. We are quite pleased with her as our buyer's agent and couldn't be happier about purchasing our retirement home in Ardrey!

We loved working with Anna Fenno. She was incredibly knowledgable, attentive, thorough, responsive and helpful throughout our entire home buying experience. She is extremely professional and treated us like family. Without Anna helping us through this process, we would not be in our dream home today!

She is the best, I’m very thankful that she worked with me

Anna is one in a million! The best realtor we have ever dealt with - professional from start to finish.

Anna Fenno is a gem of an agent, and one I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, especially good friends and family. She works tirelessly with her clients—in my case—a listing client. From pre-listing all the way through the process she was a joy to work with. Always prompt with communication, always professional, and if she ever had a bad day you’d never know it. She is undoubtedly one of the most friendly, most pleasant and likable people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. I feel like I have a friend for life! Furthermore, from an agent standpoint, she knows how to get the job done! She isn’t happy until you’re happy. We were very pleased with how her suggestions panned out and also how quickly she got our house sold at TOP dollar. Those are the type of results every seller desires. I wasn’t going to list since I am a licensed agent. I was going to go the FSBO route but I am so happy I hired Anna instead. She made all the difference. I am sure she works just as tirelessly for her buyer clients. So before you make a decision about choosing an agent or if you even want an agent, do not miss the opportunity to meet Anna first. I promise you’ll not be sorry.

Attention to Detail!!! Anna has the advantage of a few years experience to know the mechanics of how to market and sell property, yet she still has a nice, fresh, positive attitude trying to help any way possible. Helen Adams Realty has a clear and cohesive marketing strategy for your property, including things that I never considered before listing my home. Correct accurate measurement of square footage, staging with an expert to avoid clutter, availability to set up appointment at any time. Nobody wants to deal with home repairs or things that unexpectedly turn up on inspections. My property was only 2 years old but had issues that needed to be addressed by no less than 3 contractors. It was just minor stuff but kind of stressful and bothersome. Anna handled it all, arranging contractors and their timing to work things out. I needed to modify my time at the closing agent's office due to work schedule, and she had that handled before I could even ask. My father did some highly satisfactory business with The Helen Adams in 1978, and I was lucky enough to meet the lady once. Bright, dynamic, and caring, all over it. I am convinced that Anna Fenno is THE SUCCESSOR to the incomparable Helen Adams. You will never do better.
