Anna is OUTSTANDING!! She has incredible follow up, wonderful local knowledge and fabulous tenacity!!

Anna sold a house for me in Lansdowne in 2021, and I found working with her to be fantastic. I knew she would be my agent when I decided to buy. Anna took a great deal of time with me during my house search and cared very much about understanding my needs/likes/preferences. She was always ready to show me a property that I thought was interesting, yet never pressured me to buy, just tried to help me sort through the pros and cons. She is so professional and personally engaging. When I decided to make an offer on this house, Anna made everything go smoothly. She developed a good working relationship with the sellers' agent, which I know helped us work through the few minor complications that arose. We came to the closing table with a minimum of fuss. Anna is just excellent. Anna is the best! I have already recommended her to several other people, one of whom is seriously considering the possible sale of her house and purchase of another, and she has already told me that she will be reaching out to Anna. Very happy with my new house! Thank you for everything, Anna!

We had a challenging real estate transaction and Anna was outstanding throughout the entire process. We will highly recommend Anna to anyone we know who is buying or selling a home. Anna is a true asset to Helen Adams Realty!

We greatly enjoyed working with Anna when buying our new house. She is a wonderful agent and person, and was extremely helpful during the buying process from searching for a new home to leading the buying process. She communicated clearly and always instantly made herself available when we needed to talk to her or see a home. Anna was extremely organized and paid great attention to details. She was on top of everything and made sure the buying process ran smoothly. She has built a wonderful professional team and provided great referrals to us for any jobs that needed to be done around the house before and after buying. We wholeheartedly recommend Anna to anyone looking for a new home.

It was important to us to work with an agent we could trust and who was very knowledgeable of the NC and SC real estate market, especially since we elected to sell our home during a slow time, i.e., holidays and rising interest rates. We worked with Anna on buying and selling our homes and were very pleased with the outcomes of both transactions. Our expectations were exceeded. Anna was constantly working for us managing all the details and keeping us informed along the way. When you work with Anna you will see just how passionate she is in about buying & selling homes and servicing her clients.

To say the least, I am eternally grateful that God lead me to Anna. From the minute we spoke til the time I closed, the time spent with Anna has been a blessing. She not only found me my perfect home, but along the way, taught me so much about my new city that I now feel l belong and will never leave. She's more than a realtor; she truly cares, has great empathy and will go out of her way to accommodate. And she listens! Not many people do that...Anna heard me and what was important to me and always kept that in mind when we looked at properties. She never pressured me into any home; always prepared with pertinent information and always willing to get answers to my upteen questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Anna Fenno to everyone...she's a gem.

Anna Fenno worked day and night to make sure we were happy with our home purchase. Anna contacted us immediately after our relocation company recommended her and she provided us with a lot of information about the area. She was very good at assessing our needs and helping us find the perfect home. She routinely contacted our builder to ensure the process was moving forward and to assist in resolving issues. I would highly recommend Anna and will use her again for our next home purchase. She really is the best!

I have known Anna for a few years and not had the opportunity to officially work with her until this purchase. I enjoyed working with Anna very much and felt she had my best interests at heart. She was an excellent choice for me and helped me through a few rough patches along the way. She was always calm even when I was stormy. Anna was always available to answer my questions and as much as I did not want to spend time looking at properties (gas was so expensive!) we did look at the ones that made the most sense to view. I appreciated that she took the time to help me find what was appropriate for me. Thank you, Anna - I look forward to working with you again in the future!
