Anna really took my best interests into account! Her intent was to find the "perfect" place for me. I appreciated that she didn't want me to buy just anything or even purchase something that might not valuable in the long run. Anna Fenno was fantastic from start to finish. My property needed some work (actually, quite a bit of work) and Anna was engaged from the get-go. She sourced contractors, met with them when I couldn't (which was often), pestered them to keep them on our timeline, adjusted that timeline when needed, kept in very close contact with me throughout the entire process, and all the while presented such a positive, hopeful outlook for the eventual sale of my property. I felt completely partnered throughout this process. While completely respecting the fact that all decisions were mine to make, Anna behaved as if it were her own house going to market. I could not have asked for more.

Anna Fenno was available at all hours of the day. Long distance home purchasing can be a trying experience, but Anna was always there for me. She not only had to work with me but my daughter and son-in-law as well. So she had three of us to deal with and she did quite well and was very personable. She was quite knowledgeable about the areas I was interested in. Yes, I would recommend her to others.
