Anna has a rare combo of grace and firmness. This made her a pleasure to deal with personally. The firmness helped when needing to escalate various concerns to the sellers of the house we purchased. She’s a strong negotiator, which helped us in making an initial bid. She also helped us work with the seller to address some fixes that needed to be in place before the sale. Lastly, she was able to provide us with a handyman that could help us take care of some remaining items when the sale was complete. This saved us a bunch of time rather than having to find one ourselves. Having come from another state, I’ve unfortunately had a number of encounters with bad realtors.
