I was surprised when I received Anna’s postal flyer in Canada. It may not be very difficult for Anna to find out my Canada’s residential address but I was impressed that a realtor would take this initiative to go all this way out to reach a potential client. It suggests that she is hardworking, smart and patient. And the facts prove me right :) I appreciate Anna very much to help me collect my house from my tenants, check everything in the house, provide me a very detailed moving-out report and supervise the whole process of house cleaning and repair.
