Anne Spry

We recently sold our Winchester home of 24 years and could not have been happpier to have chosen Anne Spry as our seller's agent. From getting the house ready to sell, to selecting an offer, to closing the sale, her experience and deep knowledge were evident throughout. Anne also clearly loves her profession and was always a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend her to friends. And if we are ever in need of an agent in the Winchester area, Anne Spry will be our first call.

We recently hired Anne Spry to help us purchase our very first home, and we could not be happier with our decision. We did not have very deep insight of the process and market but her deep knowledge of the local market, sharp attention to detail, and exceptional responsiveness gave us complete confidence from start to finish. When it came time to make an offer, Anne provided invaluable strategic advice and she was not hesitant to let us know properties that were not good for us to make an offer. We are really satisfied and happy with our decision to work with Anne Spry and I definately recommend her service to firends and family.

Our experience with Anne was seamless and extremely positive from start to finish. Among other excellent attributes, Anne is knowledgeable, highly organized, forthright, and flexible. She has a great team, communicates well, and is always pleasant and patient. We would use her again and highly recommend her.
