Very informative and knowledgeable about the property and very informed about rental trends in the area. Very proactive in marketing the property. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to list a property or rent a property in the area.

I had a wonderful experience working with Anne Russell. From the very beginning, she was very professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the leasing process with patience and care.

Anne consistently and clearly made sure I was totally aware of all aspects of the sale. A seller will readily be aware of Anne's broad knowledge of the real estate market and the many other parameters associated with the market. Anne should be the poster lady for her professionism, punctuality, calm demeanor all through the contract time period. As a seller may at times be stressed, Anne remained supportive, focused, and still personable up to the end. Anne's persona!ity exudes personable.

Having Anne Russell was a blessing when purchasing our first home. She was super knowledgable and taught us a lot about the process do's and don'ts. Anne keeps her client’s best interests in sharp focus. She is always on top of every detail and will bring you peace of mind in any real estate transaction. Her extensive knowledge in the field helped so much with all of our worries as a first time homebuyer as well as guiding us through every step. She helped us before purchasing our first home with finding 2 apartments for rent. With her extensive knowledge on the field, always being ready to go, super attention to details to what we were looking for we knew she was the one for us when we took the big step of homeownwership.

Anne was an amazing relator and she made the process so easy. As a first time home buyer I know I made the right choice, every time I had a question Anne was there to answer me promptly and figured out my problems!
