Anthony had brokered my previous home sale flawlessly, and was always available, responsive, and in tune with what I wanted. He fully understood my price point and really negotiated in my best interest. Anthony was always available for any questions I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he found out from whoever did! My home search was not exactly the easiest, and sometimes I felt like I was searching for a needle in a haystack. Anthony tirelessly showed me house after house with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. He truly wanted to find me the right house for me, and never once made it seem like a job or chore. It was always fun. He felt more like a friend than an agent, and even now that the sale is over he has still checked in to make sure everything is ok. He goes above and beyond for his clients. I would recommend Anthony hands down to anyone that was looking to buy or sell their home in the area. It was the most pleasant experience(s) I’ve had with a real estate agent.

Anthony was very personable and attentive to our needs, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us so we always understood what was happening. He kept us apprised of every step in the process and was very generous with his time and expertise. We will always be grateful and we know we made the right choice in choosing Anthony Cheff. Our house actually sold in 4 days. We can't say enough good things, he was the best. Give him a promotion and raise.

Anthony was outstanding throughout the complett process and would recommend as well use him again in these transactions Pleasure to deal with

Anthony was an excellent agent and treated me with respect and very knowledgeable with all of his actions. I would strongly recommend him for his qualities, good hearted personality and extra effort.

Being a first time home owner and with certain restrictions, my wife and I were limited on time. Not only did Anthony understand our situation he didn't waste any time and in our eyes became family. He went above and beyond to make sure we bought not only an amazing home but our forever home. I honestly couldn't even dream up the house he found for us, and it couldn't be more perfect. I can't even begin to express our gratitude for everything he's done for us. Best experience of my life. We actually had 3 other brokers and none of them was as intentive or well versed with the area. Within one discussion he knew exactly what to look for in our forever home. Anthony really paid attention to the details and setup some really good house viewings but the one we purchased was absolutely perfect.

Anthony Cheff went above and beyond to sell my home. We had another realtor who did very little and a friend told us about Anthony. We moved shortly after switching to him and he took care of everything after we left. When the house sold, Anthony made sure all inspections, paperwork, etc. were done correctly and accurately. He got everything done perfectly and was in constant communication with me after we moved out of state. When our home sold he took care of every little detail to make sure the closing went through without any issues. Guess what...not one issue because Anthony made sure everything was correct the first time because he is the most knowledgeable and caring realtor. I have nothing negative to say about anything during the process of selling our home because he worked hard to make sure every buyer out there knew my home was for sale. He brought more buyers to see my house in the 3 months I was with him than my previous realtor did in a year and a half! He is an OUTSTANDING realtor!!!

Anthony really knows his stuff. He's very knowledgeable all around. He's honest, upfront and easy to contact. It was a great experience working with him.

Anthony was patient, kind, understanding, trustworthy, and more. I truly appreciated his patience and ability to communicate and explain when I had questions. When there were issues, he was on top of them to ensure a smooth transition and transaction. I don't know if any other broker would have done as much as Anthony did to make sure that everything went as smoothly as it did. Anthony Cheff is professional, understanding of the tough situation I was in, helpful with all of the questions I had and and responded to them honestly. There was never a point that I was unable to get speak with him and was always very responsive. Anthony was always on top of all of the issues that arose. He was diligent in ensuring all items were in order for the sale of the house.

Anthony is extremely professional and involved in his sales. Anthony had our house under contract in less than 2 weeks and got it sold for asking price! Phenomenal realtor
