Both were extremely helpful and tactful in their dealings with us. They have a lot of knowledge and Esther's knowledge of staging is very impressive. I believe the staging is what helped us get our asking price. They did their research but were also willing to work for us when a higher price than the suggestion was given as the starting point. They kept us informed throughout the process and were helpful in explaining things that I did not understand.
